Hosted by Machinery Row Bicycles and Brazen Dropouts Are you signed up for a long-distance bike ride this year? Join Century Training Club and build your endurance with a friendly and supportive group! Our goal is to make endurance cycling accessible and fun. Learn new routes, meet new people, and enjoy lots of coffee shop stops along the way!
For our June 8th ride, we'll do a 25 mile loop through McFarland and Fitchburg on a combination of bike paths and roads. We will take a snack break at McDaniel Park near the Lower Yahara River Trail boardwalk.

- Rides depart from Machinery Row Bicycles at 8:00am on Sundays and return at varying times, depending on mileage and pace.
- Route distance will start around 20 miles in mid-May and build to around 70 miles in late August.
- There are two pace groups: The A Group averages around 15-16mph. The B Group averages around 14-15mph. We try to be no-drop at pace. Have a backup plan if you bonk or have a mechanical.
- This is a drop-in event. Come to as many rides as you like.
- We will share route details the week before via Instagram and our email list. Contact lauren@machineryrowbicycles.com to get on the list.
- Please download the route ahead of time to your cycling computer or phone.
- Come prepared with your tuned-up road bike, flat kit, water, snacks, helmet, trail pass, and appropriate clothing for the weather.
- Century Training Club is targeted at intermediate riders. There are other group rides that cater to more relaxed or competitive cycling styles.
We hope you can join us!
