"Bike Map of Madison" Launching at Monroe Street Farmer's Market

Local creative cartographer Stephen Kennedy of LATLONG.SHOP, a semi-regular art vendor at the Monroe Street Farmers Market, will be vending both Sundays (June 1 & June 8) of Madison Bike Week. This year, he'll be launch his much-awaited "Bike Map of Madison" depicting bike routes and other cycling infrastructure in the city.
At these two markets, he'll be offering a 20% off discount on any prints or swag items if you bike to the market.

Join us for some Bike Week R&R with bikes and dogs! Our friends at The Boneyard and at Delta Beer Lab are hosting a fundraiser for Bikes for Kids Wisconsin on Sunday, June 1st from 2-5pm.
A Meat Raffle will be held from 3-5pm. Both people and dogs are encouraged to participate! Attendees can purchase paddles to win meat, cash and prizes! Be here for the best Sunday Funday in town! Proceeds from this event will support Bikes For Kids Wisconsin.
The Boneyard is located in east Madison at 1018 Walsh Road.

Middleton's Bike Week Kick-Off Party: Community Ride, BRT Bus, and Trash Lab Experience
Hosted by City of Middleton
Join your friends, neighbors, and city officials in helping Middleton kick-off Wisconsin Bike Week!
Community Bike Ride: 3pm-4pm
The slow-paced bike ride will start and end at Stone Horse Green. The approximately 5 mile ride will take about an hour. All ages and skill levels are welcome. The Community Bike Ride will be led by City officials and will feature highlights of Middleton’s bike paths. Afterwards, gather at the SHG and enjoy a treat from participating businesses that are offering a discount to riders--simply show up wearing your helmet!
BRT Bus and Trash Lab Experience: 4pm-5pm
A BRT bus from Metro Transit will be parked on Elmwood Ave for you to explore. This is a great opportunity to check out one of the new busses and get assistance learning how to load a bike.
The Trash Lab mobile exhibit will also be parked on Elmwood Ave. The Trash Lab was created in collaboration between Dane County and the Madison Children’s Museum, and is designed to educate and motivate us to create less trash and rethink our relationship with waste.

Night Mares Ticket Giveaway

On Thursday June 5, Bierock celebrates Madison Bike Week with a Madison Night Mares Ticket Giveaway.
Starting at 3:00 p.m. when doors open, the first 10 customers showing their bike helmets will receive a voucher for one free grandstand ticket to a Night Mares game.
The Night Mares are Madison's summer league collegiate softball team playing across the street at Warner Park.
Not one of the the first 10 customers? There's one more chance to win a four-pack of tickets.
After the first 10 tickets are given away, customers showing their bike helmet will be entered into a drawing to win four tickets.
The drawing will be held at 10:00 p.m. and need not be present to win.
And yes, this promotion will only be available to those biking to Bierock and not other customers.
The Night Mares home opener takes place exactly one week later on Thursday June 12.
Happy Hour takes place at Bierock from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. with $1 off all full-size alcoholic drinks.
All customers are welcome to take advantage of our weekly Thursday Sausage of the Week.
As a business sponsor of the Madison Night Mares and Mallards and the closest bar to the stadium, it only made sense to offer this promotion.
Bike parking is available with racks adjacent to Bierock in front of Pickle Pro Courts, Habanero's and elsewhere in the shopping center by Goodwill, Willy Street Co-op, El Sabor de Puebla and more.
Located at 2911 N. Sherman Ave., Bierock is part of the Northside TownCenter and across the street from Warner Park.
